About the role

About the Company

Forus is building an AI-powered network that connects doctors, pharmacies, payers, and biopharma to accelerate new science to patients. Our platform automates the complexity between a doctor prescribing a medicine and a patient starting treatment, including insurance coverage, financial assistance, and supply chain navigation.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of provider organizations, serving as their primary strategic partner and driving long-term adoption, growth, and advocacy
  • Lead providers through workflow change, including stakeholder mapping and securing executive buy-in
  • Build trusted relationships with provider teams from frontline staff to leadership
  • Analyze account health, adoption patterns, and provider behavior to identify risks and opportunities
  • Lead business reviews and strategic planning conversations to connect provider goals to measurable outcomes
  • Serve as the provider’s voice internally, partnering with Product, Operations, and Engineering
  • Define and refine the Provider Success playbook, including onboarding plans and health metrics

Requirements

  • 2-10 years of experience in customer success, implementation, account management, or client service
  • Experience owning customers post-sale, including onboarding, activation, expansion, and retention
  • Consultative approach to customer relationships and organizational workflows
  • Ability to build processes and playbooks in ambiguous environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of moving quickly and delivering on goals
