Responsibilities

  • Own the customer relationship and act as the voice of the customer with GTM, Product, and Engineering
  • Help with customer onboarding and training to drive adoption
  • Understand customer requirements, challenges, and expected business outcomes
  • Create and execute customer roadmaps to drive consumption and usage
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase product adoption
  • Conduct periodic Business Reviews to ensure strategic alignment
  • Act as the main escalation point for business and technical issues
  • Proactively monitor and track usage and product consumption gaps
  • Maintain expertise in Fortanix, customer use cases, and industry trends in crypto and HSMs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Technical Support Engineering
  • Ability to learn new technologies and communicate technical details clearly
  • Experience fostering relationships with both technical and non-technical personas
  • Familiarity with HSM and crypto technology
  • Ability to work APJ shift hours

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a global organization with international customers
  • Comfort communicating in challenging customer situations
  • Proven record of delivering customer outcomes
  • Experience shaping relationships with new stakeholders or customer detractors
