Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic advisor to marketing leaders, mapping Flint's capabilities to their specific business goals.
  • Own the end-to-end customer relationship, including onboarding, health monitoring, churn prevention, and expansion.
  • Build systems for customer health assessment by analyzing feature adoption and marketing performance.
  • Proactively reach out to new sign-ups to offer hands-on guidance via Zoom and technical support.
  • Drive product expansion by encouraging customers to explore new features.
  • Develop case studies by interviewing successful customers and collaborating with marketing to publish impact stories.
  • Collaborate weekly with the engineering team to relay customer feedback and product friction points.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of customer-facing experience, ideally in a marketing agency setting.
  • AI fluency.
  • Strong written communication skills for Slack, Pylon, and case study development.
  • Ability to understand and troubleshoot product issues to route them to engineering.
  • Must be located in San Francisco or willing to relocate to work from the office.
  • High motivation to learn the marketing stack (CMS, SEO, landing pages, lifecycle email).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing from previous agency or hands-on experience.
  • Comfort working in an ambiguous, early-stage startup environment without a set playbook.
  • Experience building and managing digital marketing assets and websites.
