About the role

About the Company

FleetWorks is fixing the fragmented freight booking process by building voice agents that transform the industry into a modern, intelligent marketplace. We are a small, high-agency team working out of our office in SOMA.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full customer lifecycle from pilot kickoff through implementation, adoption, and renewal
  • Program manage high-stakes pilots and implementations to ensure customers realize immediate value
  • Work closely with Engineering to scope and deliver on individual customer integration requirements
  • Build the CS foundation (0-to-1) by creating documentation and establishing operating procedures
  • Drive ongoing customer education regarding voice agents and platform features

Requirements

  • Professional experience in B2B customer success, account management, sales engineering, or implementation
  • Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment
  • A builder mindset with interest in 0-to-1 projects and process definition
  • Technical aptitude for complex requirements gathering and configuration
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
