Responsibilities
- Lead implementations from kickoff to go-live across single rooftops and groups
- Drive adoption and ensure dealerships see measurable impact in KPIs
- Build strong relationships with decision makers and day-to-day champions
- Set up weekly check-ins, launch reviews, and QBRs
- Triage issues and coordinate with product/engineering teams
- Create repeatable playbooks for onboarding, training, renewals, and expansion
- Own retention and expansion motions
- Translate dealership reality into crisp product feedback
Requirements
- Proven Customer Success execution in a fast-moving environment
- Sharp communication skills for leading calls and training teams
- Strong operational discipline and CRM hygiene
- High ownership and ability to work with ambiguity
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with dealer tech ecosystems (DMS/CRM/schedulers)
- Experience scaling onboarding across multi-rooftop groups
- Comfort with light technical coordination and troubleshooting
- Experience with QBRs tied to dealership KPIs
