Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary owner for assigned customer accounts, leading meetings and managing escalations
- Analyze data to uncover actionable insights and drive product functionality improvements
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate user needs into actionable requirements
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success or a similar role
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Bay Area for in-person work in Santa Clara
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and excellent English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of anti-fraud, anti-money laundering, or compliance domains
- Previous experience in a product-focused role within the fintech industry
- Knowledge of financial data security and privacy regulations like GDPR or PCI-DSS
