Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary owner for assigned customer accounts, leading meetings and managing escalations
  • Analyze data to uncover actionable insights and drive product functionality improvements
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate user needs into actionable requirements

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success or a similar role
  • Based in or willing to relocate to the Bay Area for in-person work in Santa Clara
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and excellent English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of anti-fraud, anti-money laundering, or compliance domains
  • Previous experience in a product-focused role within the fintech industry
  • Knowledge of financial data security and privacy regulations like GDPR or PCI-DSS
