Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary owner for assigned customer accounts, leading meetings, implementation check-ins, and QBRs
- Analyze data to uncover actionable insights and drive decisions that enhance product functionality
- Engage with customers to identify critical needs and shape the development of high-impact features
- Manage customer communication channels for new feature launches and issue resolution
- Work with stakeholders to define and prioritize product enhancements and actionable requirements
- Create high-quality resources including documentation, onboarding guides, and training materials
- Collaborate with engineering to align on product priorities and resolve bugs
- Monitor KPIs to assess the success and impact of product operations
Requirements
- Based in or willing to relocate to Singapore (this is a fully in-person role)
- 2-5 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or in operations/risk
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management principles
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
- Travel flexibility for customer meetings or team gatherings
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of anti-fraud, anti-money laundering, or compliance domains
- Previous experience in a product-focused role within the fintech industry
- Understanding of financial data security and privacy regulations (GDPR, PCI-DSS)
- Familiarity with risk management principles and sanctions screening processes
