About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation and onboarding for high-impact merchant partners
- Provide white-glove service to merchants, educating them on best practices and gathering feedback
- Collaborate with growth marketing to design and launch co-marketing campaigns
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and executing creative opportunities across the merchant portfolio
- Manage multiple high-priority accounts, balancing growth strategy and operational execution
Requirements
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- High degree of autonomy, maturity, and resourcefulness
