About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide account management and support to targeted customers to develop long-term collaborative relationships.
  • Act as the dedicated point of contact for health system inquiries and escalations within the Screening Business Unit.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to align on business objectives and lead strategic initiatives.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to implement process improvement solutions and EMR integration.
  • Analyze account data and metrics to monitor account health and respond to clinical or operational challenges.
  • Develop and implement ordering protocols and product adoption programs to meet patient care standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of customer service experience in the medical, healthcare, or biotech industry.
  • 2+ years of experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to manipulate data and create pivot tables.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating clear, concise presentations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday in Madison, WI.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a project management role within the medical, healthcare, or tech sectors.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service within the medical, healthcare, or biotech fields.
  • Experience with hospital and health system operations and data requirements.
  • Experience in process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
