About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 30–40 enterprise accounts as the primary relationship holder
- Drive product adoption and define success criteria for investment teams
- Lead data-driven QBRs and EBRs to ensure customer alignment
- Manage the end-to-end renewal process
- Identify and grow upsell opportunities based on customer investment strategies
- Act as the voice of the customer for product, engineering, and sales teams
- Advise customers on configuring the platform to their specific workflows
Requirements
- 1.5–4 years of experience as a CSM or Client Success Manager at a B2B SaaS company
- Proven track record in managing renewals and upsells
- Experience managing enterprise-level accounts and executive stakeholders
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills for C-suite interaction
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in CRE tech, proptech, or financial technology
- Background supporting complex, configurable SaaS products
- Familiarity with the commercial real estate acquisition process
- Experience using Salesforce
