About the role
Responsibilities
- Define success with customers and onboard them
- Own relationships and be proactive in finding ways to create more value
- Relay feedback to product and engineering teams to validate new launches
- Push for upsells, testimonials, and case studies
- Create CS playbooks, support materials, and workflows
Requirements
- Tech-savvy with the ability to teach technical product features to customers
- Strong presentation skills including experience with QBRs and making business cases to leadership
- Ability to learn product and industry applications quickly
- Strategic and creative problem-solving mindset
- High work ethic suitable for a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Zapier, CRM Automations, or AI Agents in a CS or Support function
