About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define success with customers and onboard them
  • Own relationships and be proactive in finding ways to create more value
  • Relay feedback to product and engineering teams to validate new launches
  • Push for upsells, testimonials, and case studies
  • Create CS playbooks, support materials, and workflows

Requirements

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to teach technical product features to customers
  • Strong presentation skills including experience with QBRs and making business cases to leadership
  • Ability to learn product and industry applications quickly
  • Strategic and creative problem-solving mindset
  • High work ethic suitable for a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Zapier, CRM Automations, or AI Agents in a CS or Support function
