About the role
Responsibilities
- Become an expert in EliseAI’s products, focusing on user workflows and integrations
- Communicate AI value to customers to ensure successful adoption and utilization
- Provide world-class support by resolving client issues alongside Engineering and Product teams
- Write documentation and host workshops on product offerings
- Drive adoption of new products and features
- Partner with implementation teams to lead discovery and project manage client onboardings
- Strategize with sales teams to execute client success and engagement plans
- Review client reporting and usage metrics to optimize performance
- Proactively identify underperforming customers to prevent churn
- Act as a conduit between customers and internal teams to provide product feedback
Requirements
- 3+ years of technical B2B client-facing experience with a SaaS product
- Ability to take ownership and accountability in a technical environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read technical documentation and analyze data sets
- Experience managing a book of business of at least $2.5M ARR
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively
- Willingness to work in person at the office 4-5 days a week
