Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in EliseAI’s products, focusing on user workflows and integrations
• Communicate AI value to ensure successful product adoption and utilization
• Provide technical support by working with Engineering, Product, and Support teams
• Write documentation and host workshops on product offerings
• Partner with implementation teams to lead discovery and project manage client onboardings
• Strategize with sales teams to execute client success and engagement plans
• Review client reporting and usage metrics to optimize performance
• Proactively identify underperforming customers to prevent churn
• Act as a conduit between customers and internal teams to provide product feedback

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical B2B client-facing experience with a SaaS product
• Ability to manage a book of business of at least $2.5M ARR
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to read technical documentation and analyze data sets
• Proven ability to take ownership and accountability in a technical environment
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively
• Willingness to work in person at the office 4-5 days a week
