About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for operational questions from installers, sales teams, and end customers
- Process support requests quickly and solution-oriented to ensure reliable daily business support
- Prioritize and escalate complex cases while working with internal teams on sustainable solutions
- Expand the knowledge base by creating support articles, FAQs, and onboarding materials
- Document recurring challenges and derive improvement potentials for processes, tools, and collaboration
- Provide structured market feedback to influence product development and internal workflows
- Help build a scalable partner success setup with clear standards and high process quality
Requirements
- Initial relevant experience in Customer Success, B2B Support, Account Management, or Operations
- Clear, reliable, and empathetic communication skills
- Structured and solution-oriented working style with the ability to multitask
- Proficiency with digital tools such as chat or ticketing systems
- German language skills at C1 level (required)
- Good English language skills (desirable)
