About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with college students, faculty, HODs, and management to ensure needs are exceeded
- Analyze customer data to enhance user experiences and drive business growth
- Research and publish insightful white papers to contribute to industry knowledge
- Develop training materials and conduct product demonstrations to empower clients
- Develop and document high-level strategies for accomplishing specific project objectives
- Evaluate and refine onboarding processes, communication infrastructures, and customer success initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience in people management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Educational background in B.Tech, M.Tech, BA, MA, MBA, or BBA
- Flexibility to travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications
