About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with college students, faculty, HODs, and management to ensure needs are exceeded
  • Analyze customer data to enhance user experiences and drive business growth
  • Research and publish insightful white papers to contribute to industry knowledge
  • Develop training materials and conduct product demonstrations to empower clients
  • Develop and document high-level strategies for accomplishing specific project objectives
  • Evaluate and refine onboarding processes, communication infrastructures, and customer success initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in people management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Educational background in B.Tech, M.Tech, BA, MA, MBA, or BBA
  • Flexibility to travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications
