Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in account management, preferably in a service-based company
  • Minimum 5 years of account management experience
  • Strong knowledge of customer success techniques and strategies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or Technology preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience handling customer accounts in India and UAE regions
  • Knowledge of purchase orders (PO), invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups
  • Exposure to vendor management
  • Proficiency with software tools for design, data management, and internal workflows
