Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Research, create, and adapt relevant content regarding the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to meet client needs.
• Manage internal and external communications to promote GCP expertise via blogs, social media, and events.
• Support the Customer Success Management team by providing high-quality content for client interactions.
• Perform strategic market monitoring to anticipate trends and evolving cloud technology needs.
• Produce engaging and educational content while managing communication schedules and channels.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business or engineering school.
• Strong interest in IT, new technologies, and the cloud sector.
• Excellent communication, listening, analysis, and synthesis skills.
• Ability to source and synthesize information into various marketing content formats.
• Proactive, creative, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English.
