About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise client relationships by monitoring health metrics to identify risks and opportunities
- Drive platform adoption and client satisfaction through proactive communication and feedback surveys
- Translate platform data into actionable insights and present regular performance reports to clients
- Maintain and organize client workspaces to ensure data integrity and a seamless user experience
- Curate personalized monthly newsletters and product updates using CRM platforms
- Act as a product advocate by collecting and documenting client feature requests for the product team
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer success or a related field, specifically working with enterprise clients
- Proven experience using Customer Success (CS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data visualization and generating client-ready reports
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Highly effective communication and presentation skills
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
- Familiarity and comfort with AI tools to improve workflows
