Responsibilities
- Build partnerships within an assigned book of business to anticipate customer needs
- Drive product adoption, engagement, and expected outcomes
- Segment book of business and create tailored engagement strategies
- Partner with Account Executives to focus on strategy and account health
- Document customer data to provide a holistic view of account health
- Coordinate with the Customer Training team for effective user onboarding
- Identify at-risk accounts and create intervention plans
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role
- Experience in customer support for a technical product
- Proven ability in project management and balancing competing priorities
- Experience identifying, managing, and mitigating customer churn
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with customers in the Healthcare industry
