Responsibilities
- Guide new clients through successful implementation and onboarding
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients to foster long-term relationships
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and manage stakeholder expectations
- Lead engaging training sessions and business reviews with senior professionals
- Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues efficiently
- Gather client feedback to drive product development and continuous improvement
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities to ensure renewals
Requirements
- 3+ years in customer success, client-facing, or account management roles
- Experience in SaaS or legal technology environments preferred
- Polished communication and presentation skills in both German and English
- Ability to engage confidently with senior legal professionals
- Tech-savvy with an interest in AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset suitable for a scale-up environment
- Ability to collaborate across different time zones, including the US
Preferred Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) or prior experience practicing law
- In-depth understanding of legal workflows and client needs
