Responsibilities

• Guide new clients through successful implementation and onboarding
• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients to foster long-term relationships
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and manage stakeholder expectations
• Lead engaging training sessions and business reviews with senior professionals
• Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues efficiently
• Gather client feedback to drive product development and continuous improvement
• Monitor client satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities to ensure renewals

Requirements

• 3+ years in customer success, client-facing, or account management roles
• Experience in SaaS or legal technology environments preferred
• Polished communication and presentation skills in both German and English
• Ability to engage confidently with senior legal professionals
• Tech-savvy with an interest in AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset suitable for a scale-up environment
• Ability to collaborate across different time zones, including the US

Preferred Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) or prior experience practicing law
• In-depth understanding of legal workflows and client needs
