About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive product adoption, expansion, and retention activities to maintain a healthy customer base
- Conduct regular account meetings to share best practices, demonstrate functionality, and gather user feedback
- Guide customers through the onboarding process and configure products according to specific requirements
- Track key success metrics and provide data-driven feedback to the Product team to inform the roadmap
- Act as the primary advocate for data platform users to ensure continuous product evolution
- Lead the adoption of AI-enabled workflows to drive meaningful productivity gains
- Oversee program execution, tracking priorities, dependencies, and delivery progress
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to drive alignment and informed decision-making
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer success roles within a product or technology environment
- 7+ years of experience in program management, product management, analytics, or operational leadership
- Bachelor's degree in an analytical, business, communications, or finance-related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Proven ability to operate independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
- Experience leading and influencing across complex, matrixed organizations
- Prior experience as a Customer Success Manager, Business Manager, or Chief of Staff in a technology or data-driven organization
