About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to customers, aligning their objectives with actionable success plans to drive Brightspace adoption and measurable outcomes.
  • Design and evolve customer success and adoption plans that integrate industry best practices with platform capabilities.
  • Drive value realization by identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation within customer workflows.
  • Proactively assess customer health and identify risks to influence corrective actions, reduce churn, and strengthen long-term engagement.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and internal teams (Sales, Product, Support, and Engineering) to translate customer insights into product roadmap priorities.
  • Lead enablement and facilitation for end users and administrators to support scalable, outcome-driven platform adoption.

Requirements

  • Product & Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of EdTech landscapes and the ability to coach users toward effective platform usage.
  • Adoption Strategy & Execution: Proven ability to design and drive strategies that align customer goals with long-term value.
  • Facilitation & Enablement: Experience leading sessions that support stakeholder alignment and organizational change.
  • Customer Health & Analytics: Ability to apply data and health indicators to proactively manage risk and improve outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong skills in partnering with internal teams to influence strategic planning and customer success.
