About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact liaison for technical questions or escalations, collaborating with Support, Product Management, and other relevant teams
- Help customers develop success plans, outlining critical goals and key performance indicators
- Measure and report customers’ achievement of key performance indicators both internally and externally
- Collaborate with Account management teams to secure contract renewals
- Assist in identifying opportunities for expanding usage across the customer’s organization
- Lead POCs for upsells and participate in pilot results presentations, QBR’s and ABR’s with key accounts
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in customer success or project management roles
- Proven track record of managing major accounts
- Technical experience in the cybersecurity field
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Proactive approach to problem solving and independent decision making
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English
