About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact liaison for technical questions or escalations, collaborating with Support, Product Management, and other relevant teams
  • Help customers develop success plans, outlining critical goals and key performance indicators
  • Measure and report customers’ achievement of key performance indicators both internally and externally
  • Collaborate with Account management teams to secure contract renewals
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for expanding usage across the customer’s organization
  • Lead POCs for upsells and participate in pilot results presentations, QBR’s and ABR’s with key accounts

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success or project management roles
  • Proven track record of managing major accounts
  • Technical experience in the cybersecurity field
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Proactive approach to problem solving and independent decision making
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English
