Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding business needs and technical requirements
  • Provide technical guidance and support for the implementation and optimization of cloud-based AI, ML, and Kubernetes solutions
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and report on customer progress and ROI
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technical advancements, and regulatory changes
  • Deliver training sessions and workshops to customers
  • Address and resolve customer concerns to ensure high satisfaction and retention

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in customer success or technical account management in a technology-driven environment
  • Understanding of computing platforms, AI, and ML technologies
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in simple terms
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels within an organization
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
