About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor and single point of accountability for high-value customers on the Signature Success Plan.
- Drive adoption of Sales Cloud features by conducting enablement sessions on opportunity management, forecasting, and pipeline hygiene.
- Align business value with technical goals to ensure customers achieve significant ROI.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including cultivating executive-level connections within customer IT and business leadership.
- Monitor technical health and usage metrics, providing tailored release recommendations and conducting quarterly reviews.
- Proactively identify risks and manage major incidents to ensure timely resolution and communication.
- Utilize AI tools and prompt engineering to automate routine tasks and enhance customer success planning.
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting customers using Sales Cloud.
- Working knowledge of core Sales Cloud features including Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Forecasting, and Reports & Dashboards.
- Strong understanding of sales processes such as lead-to-cash, opportunity management, and pipeline management.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (or ability to obtain certification within 90 days).
- Full English proficiency for global alignment.
- Familiarity with Sales Cloud automation tools like workflows, process builder, and flows.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3-4 years of relevant industry expertise in Customer Success or SaaS platform management.
- Strong consulting skills with the ability to influence C-level conversations and handle objections.
- Experience with advanced Sales Cloud features like Einstein Lead Scoring, Opportunity Insights, and Activity Capture.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications such as AI Associate, Data Cloud Specialist, or Sales Cloud Consultant.
