Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the full onboarding cycle from sales hand-off to go-live for commercial accounts
• Perform technical configuration, system integrations, and troubleshooting to drive adoption
• Conduct customer training sessions and create enablement materials
• Manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized accounts, monitoring health and driving engagement
• Act as project manager for multiple simultaneous onboardings
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve customer blockers
• Identify opportunities to streamline implementation processes and build scalability
• Partner with Sales to support renewals and ensure customer value

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing implementation, onboarding, or technical account management with SaaS products
• Proven track record of onboarding multiple customers simultaneously with technical products involving system integrations
• Technical aptitude with product configuration, APIs, and integrations
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Self-starter mentality comfortable in a fast-growing startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in IAM, IT, Security, or adjacent spaces
