About the role
Responsibilities
- Own onboarding and rollout plans for new customers
- Remove barriers to adoption to ensure customers achieve desired outcomes
- Engage with customers to understand goals, challenges, and use cases
- Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales on upsell/cross-sell motions
- Oversee renewals and forecasting to ensure successful commitments
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, issues, and escalations
- Monitor and report on customer health and usage
Requirements
- 3+ years in software/SaaS sales or customer success
- Enterprise experience preferred
- Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, DevOps, developer tools, CI/CD, and SDLC
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CS platforms
- Experience building relationships with executive and technical stakeholders
- Startup experience
- Strong verbal communication and technical writing skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer success or sales experience focused on developer tools
- Renewal management experience
- Experience with Totango, Gainsight, or Pylon
- Familiarity with AI developer tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor
