Responsibilities

• Drive retention and expansion across your portfolio by building trusted relationships with executive and clinical stakeholders
• Lead strategic discussions and Executive Business Reviews connecting platform usage to measurable outcomes
• Own customer onsite visits from agenda through execution
• Ensure customers achieve sustained adoption and quantifiable value from the care coordination platform
• Act as the voice of the customer internally, partnering with Product, Implementation, and Support teams
• Turn utilization trends and outcomes data into actionable insights using BI tools and AI-assisted analysis

Requirements

• 5 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar client-facing role in healthcare software
• Experience supporting large health systems
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Health Management, Public Health, or related field
• Deep understanding of healthcare operations and EMRs/EHRs
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Churnzero, Looker, Gong, or Pendo
• Ability to travel up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-stakeholder dynamics in large, complex organizations
• Comfort and curiosity with AI tools, including LLMs and AI-assisted workflows
• Working knowledge of renewals and contracting processes
