About the role
Responsibilities
- Own relationships across CFO, Treasury, Finance Ops, and IT teams to build strong advocacy.
- Manage escalations, reviews, and quarterly strategic discussions as the single point of accountability.
- Drive invoice flow growth, vendor participation, and program scaling.
- Identify and resolve program bottlenecks and guide buyer-side decisions on policy and capital allocation.
- Track program performance across key metrics and translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Identify SaaS automation and lending opportunities to drive expansion and cross-sell revenue.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B fintech, SaaS program management, or Enterprise customer success.
- Proven experience in consulting or operations with direct client exposure.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with comfort working around data to identify trends.
- Structured problem-solving abilities and commercial awareness.
- High level of accountability with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
