Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding process for new SMB customers, including basic setup and coordination
- Assist customers with platform usage, issue resolution, and general queries
- Work closely with the Manager Customer Success to ensure smooth account management
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM tools like HubSpot
- Identify at-risk customers and escalate concerns to the Customer Success Manager
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth handoff and service delivery
- Contribute to improving onboarding and support workflows
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
- Experience working with SMB customers
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot
- Basic understanding of Customer Onboarding processes
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
