Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive client relationship strategies to improve solution adoption and generate new revenue opportunities within the EMEA region
• Develop and measure key performance indicators related to efficiency, productivity, and the success of learning initiatives
• Use product and industry knowledge to develop innovative solutions and achieve business results
• Apply data-driven insights to identify trends, promote key initiatives, and remove barriers to client success
• Lead end-to-end project plans and ensure the delivery of crucial success plans
• Scale the Customer Success team by identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and driving productivity plans
• Treat customer success as a product by continuously improving and iterating on internal and external customer experiences

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in Customer Success and Go-To-Market (GTM) roles
• Proven experience in project management and multi-channel leadership
• Demonstrated experience building and scaling Customer Success operations
• Strong ability to influence and communicate effectively across cross-functional teams
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset
• A genuine passion for the Digital Assets market and emerging technologies
