Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of SMB customers utilizing Arctic Wolf’s CyberSOC solution
• Achieve renewal and expansion targets through consultative selling techniques
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quarterly account reviews
• Identify upselling opportunities by positioning additional service offerings
• Negotiate transactions and develop plans for future customer growth
• Prioritize a high volume of customer requests and issues to ensure timely resolution
• Create and manage automated processes to forecast and communicate at-risk customers

Requirements

• 2+ years of demonstrated success in a sales role, preferably in the technology industry
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Proficiency with Salesforce and spreadsheet tools
• Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills
• Ability to work flexibly in a rapidly changing environment
• Must be able to work from our corporate office in Eden Prairie, MN
