About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of SMB customers utilizing Arctic Wolf’s CyberSOC solution
- Achieve renewal and expansion targets through consultative selling techniques
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quarterly account reviews
- Identify upselling opportunities by positioning additional service offerings
- Negotiate transactions and develop plans for future customer growth
- Prioritize a high volume of customer requests and issues to ensure timely resolution
- Create and manage automated processes to forecast and communicate at-risk customers
Requirements
- 2+ years of demonstrated success in a sales role, preferably in the technology industry
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Proficiency with Salesforce and spreadsheet tools
- Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly in a rapidly changing environment
- Must be able to work from our corporate office in Eden Prairie, MN
