Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on all apexportal solutions to address client needs
  • Develop and drive strategies that lead to increased customer adoption and satisfaction
  • Lead customer engagement touch points such as Executive Business Reviews
  • Identify opportunities for incremental business through active cross-sell and upsell strategies
  • Build and sustain relationships from C-level executives to administrative personnel
  • Lead and align administrative and technical teams to drive process and technical priorities to completion
  • Advocate for customers’ product, technology, and service needs internally
  • Lead base-level demos of apex products for customer knowledge and growth

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer success role
  • Knowledge of supplier onboarding, dynamic discounting, supply chain financing, or e-invoicing solutions preferred
  • Understanding of Accounts Payable and procurement principles
  • Ability to interact credibly with technical professionals and senior executives (CPO, CFO, CEO)
  • Strong project management, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 25% to client sites and the corporate office in Greensboro, NC
