Responsibilities
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on all apexportal solutions to address client needs
- Develop and drive strategies that lead to increased customer adoption and satisfaction
- Lead customer engagement touch points such as Executive Business Reviews
- Identify opportunities for incremental business through active cross-sell and upsell strategies
- Build and sustain relationships from C-level executives to administrative personnel
- Lead and align administrative and technical teams to drive process and technical priorities to completion
- Advocate for customers’ product, technology, and service needs internally
- Lead base-level demos of apex products for customer knowledge and growth
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer success role
- Knowledge of supplier onboarding, dynamic discounting, supply chain financing, or e-invoicing solutions preferred
- Understanding of Accounts Payable and procurement principles
- Ability to interact credibly with technical professionals and senior executives (CPO, CFO, CEO)
- Strong project management, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to travel up to 25% to client sites and the corporate office in Greensboro, NC
