About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key university decision-makers and navigate complex academic stakeholder ecosystems
  • Become an expert in Anthropic's products including API, Claude for Enterprise, and Claude Code
  • Monitor usage patterns and proactively drive adoption across consumption-based and seat-based products
  • Develop and execute change management strategies such as Train the Trainer programs and Center of Excellence development
  • Create and maintain scalable enablement resources for the partner portfolio
  • Serve as a thought partner by socializing the product roadmap and engaging Product PMs
  • Identify opportunities for community activation through webinars, cohort-based learning, and peer networking
  • Design initiatives to showcase impactful use cases for teaching, learning, and research

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in higher education technology, preferably in SaaS or emerging technologies
  • Strong background in Customer Success
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate academic bureaucracies and build consensus among diverse stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of higher education buying cycles and decision-making processes
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for various audiences
  • Technical fluency in AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns
  • Experience explaining and demonstrating technical products
  • Strategic mindset for identifying growth opportunities and expansion plans
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Passion for AI and social impact work
