Responsibilities

  • Own scaled customer engagement for a broad portfolio of organizations to drive activation and sustained impact
  • Design and execute one-to-many programs including workshops, office hours, and cohort-based learning
  • Provide technical guidance to help organizations shape AI roadmaps and implement safe adoption
  • Create focus for peer exchange and elevate customer voices within the nonprofit ecosystem
  • Channel customer feedback back to product teams to influence the roadmap
  • Partner cross-functionally with program leadership and Product teams
  • Establish a structured feedback cadence across a one-year program arc

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Partnerships, Program Management, or Consulting
  • Experience managing a broad portfolio of relationships or building scaled partner programs
  • Experience working with mission-driven, nonprofit, public-sector, or purpose-led organizations
  • Experience supporting organizational change management, adult learning, or workforce upskilling
  • Experience with digital-first or tech-touch customer engagement
  • Systems thinking and process orientation for building repeatable playbooks
  • Data-driven mindset for analyzing engagement signals and program effectiveness
  • Technical aptitude and enthusiasm for responsible AI
  • Excellent communication skills for creating content and engaging stakeholders
  • Ability to build structure in ambiguous, evolving environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a relevant field
