Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to drive ALICE adoption and long-term success.
• Identify and manage upsell and expansion opportunities within your assigned customer base.
• Craft value and business justification narratives in partnership with customers to ensure positive user sentiment and account renewal.
• Train and onboard client teams, tailoring sessions to their specific workflows and requirements.
• Provide expert-level guidance and support, troubleshooting challenges and offering actionable insights to maximize client outcomes.
• Act as the voice of the customer, capturing feedback and sharing insights to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in implementation, project management, or consulting roles within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction project lifecycles.
• Proficiency with project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 25%) as required.
