About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding, kickoff calls, and technical implementation for new customers
  • Configure AI agents and manage integrations with PM/ERP systems
  • Decompose complex accounting workflows into agent logic, including triggers and approval gates
  • Serve as the primary technical advisor and point of contact for customers
  • Drive account expansion by identifying opportunities for additional AI agents
  • Partner with Engineering to troubleshoot agent behavior and integration issues
  • Monitor customer health and execute retention strategies

Requirements

  • 3+ years of SaaS Customer Success, Onboarding, or Enablement experience
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent architecture
  • Technical aptitude with software configuration, APIs, and data interpretation
  • Proven track record of managing retention and expansion revenue
  • Strong communication skills to simplify complex technical concepts
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using CRMs and reporting tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in construction, real estate, or accounting industries
  • Familiarity with PM/ERP systems like Procore, Sage, or QuickBooks
  • Background working with AI or automation products
