About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic consultant for key fashion brand partners by translating campaign and performance data into actionable recommendations
- Serve as the expert for the Retail Media platform, advising on attribution models, algorithms, KPIs, and APIs
- Enable Account Management teams through trainings, best practices, and knowledge sharing
- Create compelling presentations and strategic narratives for annual business reviews and executive meetings
- Gather customer feedback to define product requirements in collaboration with the Commercial Development team
- Drive adoption of new products and features across the partner portfolio
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a comparable qualification
- 5+ years of professional experience in Retail Media, E-Commerce, Performance Marketing, or Account Management
- Strong analytical mindset with high affinity for data
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, Meta)
- Fluent in English and German
