Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with fast-growing customers to drive adoption, renewals, and expansion
• Work closely with customers to understand business goals and ensure solutions generate positive ROI
• Serve as a trusted partner regarding product functionality and use cases
• Create customer-facing deliverables including presentations, strategy recommendations, and reporting
• Develop and execute strategic account plans and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
• Forecast and identify risks to maintain strong renewal rates and minimize churn
• Partner with internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing) to maintain visibility into product performance and customer feedback
• Build customer advocates to serve as references and success stories

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Management Consulting
• Proven experience mitigating churn and driving renewals and engagement
• Ability to engage and influence C-level executives to drive program strategy
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills
• Must be able to work on-site in West Palm Beach, Florida
