Responsibilities

  • Renew and expand product usage through customers to ensure maximum benefit
  • Develop understanding of customer business challenges to align product features with their needs
  • Proactively identify and mitigate customer risks
  • Identify new growth opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to increase presence
  • Maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders to advance strategic development

Requirements

  • Completed studies in Business Administration or comparable qualification
  • Relevant professional experience in B2B customer development or customer success
  • Experience working in fast-paced, international environments
  • Proficiency with CRM/CSM tools such as Salesforce
  • Experience with accounting tools (e.g., DATEV) or logistics tools (e.g., TMS/TNT) is a plus
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Fluency in German and English; French is a plus
