Responsibilities
- Renew and expand product usage through customers to ensure maximum benefit
- Develop understanding of customer business challenges to align product features with their needs
- Proactively identify and mitigate customer risks
- Identify new growth opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to increase presence
- Maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders to advance strategic development
Requirements
- Completed studies in Business Administration or comparable qualification
- Relevant professional experience in B2B customer development or customer success
- Experience working in fast-paced, international environments
- Proficiency with CRM/CSM tools such as Salesforce
- Experience with accounting tools (e.g., DATEV) or logistics tools (e.g., TMS/TNT) is a plus
- Project management experience is a plus
- Fluency in German and English; French is a plus
