Responsibilities
- Facilitate the customer onboarding process from sales handover to successful transition to the Customer Success team
- Support product adoption by implementing onboarding activities tailored to customer needs
- Provide continuous support and guidance as the primary contact throughout the onboarding journey
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver a cohesive experience
- Identify and address opportunities to improve onboarding processes and efficiency
- Monitor, report, and respond to key onboarding metrics
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders regarding onboarding outcomes
Requirements
- Proven track record of enhancing customer experiences
- Exceptional communication and customer advocacy skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using data and analytical skills to improve strategies
- Strong organizational, time, and project management skills
- Ability to coordinate between internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in agriculture or agricultural studies
