Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with midmarket customers as a trusted advisor
  • Onboard new customers to ensure a seamless setup and usage experience
  • Drive engagement through regular check-ins, product trainings, and best practices
  • Collaborate with customers to develop strategies for employee retention and optimized compensation
  • Serve as the voice of the customer by providing feedback to product and engineering teams
  • Create educational resources such as webinars, guides, and case studies
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities by aligning customer pain points with solutions
  • Partner with sales and marketing to share insights and support community initiatives

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in the tech industry, preferably at a startup
  • Proven track record in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, etc.)
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with a metrics-driven mindset
  • Adept at navigating ambiguity and building scalable processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience helping customers adopt new tools or processes
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and high level of ownership
  • Familiarity with tools like Excel, Linear, Notion, and Slack
