Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with midmarket customers as a trusted advisor
- Onboard new customers to ensure a seamless setup and usage experience
- Drive engagement through regular check-ins, product trainings, and best practices
- Collaborate with customers to develop strategies for employee retention and optimized compensation
- Serve as the voice of the customer by providing feedback to product and engineering teams
- Create educational resources such as webinars, guides, and case studies
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities by aligning customer pain points with solutions
- Partner with sales and marketing to share insights and support community initiatives
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the tech industry, preferably at a startup
- Proven track record in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities with a metrics-driven mindset
- Adept at navigating ambiguity and building scalable processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience helping customers adopt new tools or processes
- Entrepreneurial mindset and high level of ownership
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, Linear, Notion, and Slack
