About the role
Responsibilities
- Support clients throughout their journey with Mohasby services
- Respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and service quality
- Coordinate between clients and internal accounting/operations teams
- Help onboard new clients and guide them through our processes
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
- Identify customer needs and suggest improvements to enhance experience
- Assist in preparing reports on customer feedback and satisfaction
- Support the team in improving retention and engagement strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or related fields (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A customer-first mindset and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Good command of Arabic and English is preferred
- Basic understanding of accounting or SaaS services
