Responsibilities
- Understand customers' businesses and help them leverage Exly’s offerings to the maximum
- Sustain Exly’s growth by ensuring customer retention
- Provide unique insights based on customer interactions to support product development
- Set up processes and systems for customer support
- Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to form lasting relationships
- Experience in setting up customer success systems and processes
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes and fix problems systematically
