Responsibilities
- Gain hands-on experience in Customer experience, Technical support and Product Management
- Handle responsibilities spanning from 1st to 3rd line support, including onboarding new customers and mapping issues
- Engage with customers through calls, emails, chat, and telephone to address needs and inquiries
- Analyze SEO opportunities and write content to improve search engine rankings
- Create creative content to support sales and client success teams
- Participate actively in meetings, training, and brainstorming sessions
Requirements
- Enrolled student at a Dutch learning institution
- Valid EU work authorization
- Fluency in Dutch
- Good English skills
- Proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Solution-oriented attitude with a high level of service
- Interest in client-facing and technical aspects of customer experience
- Creative writing skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional languages such as French
