About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding, training, and activation for new and existing clients
  • Guide trials into paying customers and manage churn reduction
  • Respond to client questions and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Encourage referrals, upsells, and feature adoption
  • Collect product feedback from users to inform the tech team
  • Follow up on monthly payment collections
  • Collaborate with the CEO and Head of Sales to improve processes

Requirements

  • Proactive, fast, and solutions-driven mindset
  • Tech-savvy with comfort using SaaS tools
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (speaking and typing)
  • Possession of a car and a valid driving license for partner visits
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with business owners and staff

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the Food and Beverage industry
  • Previous restaurant work experience
  • Prior experience as a Schedex user
