About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding, training, and activation for new and existing clients
- Guide trials into paying customers and manage churn reduction
- Respond to client questions and troubleshoot technical issues
- Encourage referrals, upsells, and feature adoption
- Collect product feedback from users to inform the tech team
- Follow up on monthly payment collections
- Collaborate with the CEO and Head of Sales to improve processes
Requirements
- Proactive, fast, and solutions-driven mindset
- Tech-savvy with comfort using SaaS tools
- Fluent in Arabic and English (speaking and typing)
- Possession of a car and a valid driving license for partner visits
- Strong communication skills for interacting with business owners and staff
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Food and Beverage industry
- Previous restaurant work experience
- Prior experience as a Schedex user
