Responsibilities

  • Make 150–200 outbound calls per day to prospective and existing customers
  • Drive conversions by booking a minimum of 30 demos per day
  • Educate customers about Epik’s Try & Buy model and product demo process
  • Allocate booked demos to field demo specialists based on geographical zones
  • Track demo schedules and ensure optimal utilization of field resources
  • Follow up with customers via WhatsApp and calls to ensure demo completion
  • Maintain daily call logs, demo bookings, and follow-ups in CRM/Google Sheets
  • Track personal performance metrics like call count and conversion rates

Requirements

  • Prior experience in inside sales, telesales, or high-volume calling roles
  • Ability to make 150–200 calls per day
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (Kannada preferred)
  • Willingness to work 6 days a week including weekends
  • Target-driven and resilient mindset
