Responsibilities
- Make 150–200 outbound calls per day to prospective and existing customers
- Drive conversions by booking a minimum of 30 demos per day
- Educate customers about Epik’s Try & Buy model and product demo process
- Allocate booked demos to field demo specialists based on geographical zones
- Track demo schedules and ensure optimal utilization of field resources
- Follow up with customers via WhatsApp and calls to ensure demo completion
- Maintain daily call logs, demo bookings, and follow-ups in CRM/Google Sheets
- Track personal performance metrics like call count and conversion rates
Requirements
- Prior experience in inside sales, telesales, or high-volume calling roles
- Ability to make 150–200 calls per day
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Fluency in English and Hindi (Kannada preferred)
- Willingness to work 6 days a week including weekends
- Target-driven and resilient mindset
