About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and issues
- Investigate reported concerns and perform initial troubleshooting
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues
- Support onboarding and implementation activities as required
- Guide clients on product usage and expected behavior
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and issue updates
- Ensure timely responses and follow-ups on client requests and concerns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 0–2 years of experience in customer success, product support, technical support, or operations
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON structures
- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman is an advantage
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Hindi is mandatory
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and an ownership mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams
