About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized support to customers ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Work with product and engineering teams to scope ambiguous solutions
- Share customer insights to inform the product roadmap
- Create technical resources including guides, FAQs, and best practices
- Advocate for user needs and relay feedback across the organization
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical support, customer support engineering, or a related role
- Experience in SaaS or AI-driven products
- Proficiency reading technical documentation and working with APIs
- Ability to navigate databases using SQL
- Ability to read or write basic Python scripts
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Located in or willing to relocate to Santa Barbara for in-person work
