About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and respond to incoming queries related to uKnowva HRM software
- Handle IT technical issue tickets, ensuring proper logging, categorization, and prioritization within defined TAT
- Understand and detail user issues via phone calls and email replies
- Take ownership of problems and follow up on status to communicate progress to customers
- Follow standard procedures for escalating unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams and managers
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong understanding of client requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of PHP code
